Kentucky High School Baseball - Scott wallops Mason County

The Scott Eagles (Covington, KY) baseball trounced the visiting Mason County Royals (Maysville, KY), 10-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 14-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Calvary Christian for a District 37 challenge on Friday, May 8. Scott will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Bellevue (Bellevue, KY). The Cougars record now stands at 7-11.

With the defeat, Mason County drops to 11-13 on the year. The Royals host Bracken County (Brooksville, KY) to clash with the Polar Bears in a District 39 challenge on Friday, May 8. The Polar Bears go into the challenge with a record of 12-12.
