In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Hand Tigers lacrosse squad scored a good 15-1 win over the Xavier Falcons.

The Tigers (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Joel Barlow (Redding, CT). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 5-7 record. In their last contest, Joel Barlow beat Bethel (Bethel, CT), 21-7, in a league contest.

Next, the Falcons meet the Cheshire Rams (Cheshire, CT) in a Southern Connecticut contest, on Tuesday, May 12. Xavier will attempt to better on its 2-8 season record. The Rams enter the contest with a 9-5 record after their 11-5 league loss to Fairfield Prep (Fairfield, CT).
