The Bloomington Central Catholic Saints (Bloomington, IL) softball routed the visiting St. Thomas More Sabers (Champaign, IL), 7-1 in Thursday's league outing.

The Saints now sport a 18-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Illinois Valley Central for a Illini Prairie outing on Tuesday, May 12.

With the loss, St. Thomas More moves to 6-13 on the season. The Sabers travel to Urbana (Urbana, IL) to encounter the Tigers in a non-league outing on Friday, May 8. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 5-14. Urbana lost 13-9 in their recent non-league outing against Arcola (Arcola, IL)
