Ohio High School Softball - Continental bounces Perry

May 7, 2026: Continental, OH 45831

The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Continental Pirates (Continental, OH) and the visiting Perry Commodores (Lima, OH), observed Continental's softball team prevail over Perry by a tally of 27-1.

The Pirates (12-3) will now prepare for their bout against Miller City (Miller City, OH). The Wildcats go into the Putnam County bout with a 11-7 record. In their last bout, Miller City was routed by Tinora (Defiance, OH), 12-10, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Commodores clash with the Ridgedale Rockets (Morral, OH) in a Northwest Central bout, on Friday, May 8. Perry will attempt to advance on its 0-11 season record. The Rockets go into the bout with a 4-11 record after their 5-4 league loss to Ridgemont (Mount Victory, OH).
