In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Trinity Academy Knights soccer squad scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Collegiate Spartans.
The Knights (5-7) will now prepare for their battle against McPherson (McPherson, KS). The Bullpups come into the non-league battle with a 10-4 record. In their last battle, McPherson nudged Collegiate (Wichita, KS), 4-0, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Spartans battle the Andover Trojans (Andover, KS) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, May 11. Collegiate will attempt to move on its 4-8 season record. The Trojans enter the bout with a 13-2 record after their 4-0 non-league win over South (Salina, KS).
