The Rogers Vikings softball team (Newport, RI), was routed 10-3 in Monday's non-league test with the visiting East Greenwich Avengers (East Greenwich, RI)

Coming up next, the Avengers encounter the West Warwick Wizards (West Warwick, RI) in a Division 2 test, on Tuesday, May 9. East Greenwich will attempt to improve on its 13-1 season record. The Wizards enter the test with a 8-3 record after their 12-3 league win over Narragansett (Narragansett, RI).

The Vikings (3-9) will now prepare for their test against Central (Providence, RI). The Knights enter the Division 3 test with a 5-7 record. In their last test, Central tipped Classical (Providence, RI), 14-4, in a league test.
