The York Wildcats (York, ME) softball routed the visiting Morse Shipbuilders (Bath, ME), 6-0 in Monday's league bout.
The Wildcats (7-1) will now prepare for their bout against Greely (Cumberland Center, ME). The Rangers go into the Class B South bout with a 1-7 record. In their last bout, Greely was routed by Lake Region (Naples, ME), 3-1, in a league bout.
The Shipbuilders now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Medomak Valley for a Class B South bout on Wednesday, May 10. Morse will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Camden Hills (Rockport, ME). The Panthers record now stands at 3-5.
