Spectators at Wednesday's league battle between the Darien Blue Wave (Darien, CT) and the visiting Danbury Hatters (Danbury, CT), saw Darien's baseball squad knock off Danbury by a count of 6-2.

Coming up next, the Blue Wave play the Ludlowe Falcons (Fairfield, CT) in a Fairfield County battle, on Friday, May 10. Darien will attempt to move on its 11-6 season record. The Falcons enter the battle with a 13-3 record after their 5-1 league win over Stamford (Stamford, CT).
