The Orono Riots crushed the host Houlton Shiretowners baseball team by a count of 14-0 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Riots now possess a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they host George Stevens Academy for a Class C North bout on Friday, May 10. Orono will face a Eagles team coming off a 11-0 league loss to Washington Academy (East Machias, ME). The Eagles record now stands at 3-5.

Next, the Shiretowners face the Caribou Vikings (Caribou, ME) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, May 9. Houlton will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Vikings enter the bout with a 3-3 record after their 4-3 league loss to Old Town (Old Town, ME).
