Maine High School Baseball - Winthrop can't hold off Maine Central Institute

The Maine Central Institute Huskies baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Winthrop Ramblers to 5 in the Huskies non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Huskies (2-7) will now prepare for their match against Central (East Corinth, ME). The Red Devils go into the Class C North match with a 1-9 record. In their last match, Central was edged by Lee Academy (Lee, ME), 8-4, in a non-league match.
The Ramblers (4-7) will now prepare for their match against Boothbay (Boothbay Harbor, ME). The Seahawks go into the Class C South match with a 4-3 record.
