The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Godwin Eagles (Richmond, VA) and the visiting Hanover Hawks (Mechanicsville, VA), saw Godwin's lacrosse team nudge Hanover by a margin of 11-10.
The Eagles (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Deep Run (Glen Allen, VA). The Wildcats enter the Colonial challenge with a 5-7 record. In their last challenge, Deep Run was tipped by Cosby (Midlothian, VA), 16-8, in a non-league challenge.
The Hawks (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Patrick Henry (Ashland, VA). The Patriots enter the Capital challenge with a 4-8 record. In their last challenge, Patrick Henry was tipped by Monacan (Richmond, VA), 12-9, in a non-league challenge.
