Rutgers Prep Argonauts (Somerset, NJ) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host J.P. Stevens Hawks (Edison, NJ), 18-12 in a non-league battle.

The Argonauts now have a 2-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bernards for a Skyland - Raritan battle on Saturday, May 11. Rutgers Prep will clash with a Mountaineers squad coming off a 15-7 non-league win over West Morris Central (Chester, NJ). The Mountaineers record now stands at 9-5.

In their next game, the Hawks clash with the South Plainfield Tigers (South Plainfield, NJ) in a GMC - White battle, on Saturday, May 11. J.P. Stevens will attempt to move on its 4-11 season record. The Tigers come into the battle with a 8-6 record after their 13-4 non-league win over Ewing (Trenton, NJ).
