The Portsmouth Clippers lacrosse team scored 15 points and held the visiting Kennett Eagles to 5 in the Clippers league win on Wednesday.
The Clippers (11-0) will now prepare for their game against Derryfield (Manchester, NH). The Cougars go into the Division II game with a 10-1 record.
The Eagles (1-6) will now prepare for their game against Spaulding (Rochester, NH). The Red Raiders go into the Division II game with a 1-9 record. In their last game, Spaulding was overwhelmed by Bishop Brady (Concord, NH), 11-3, in a non-league game.
