Lincoln-Way West Warriors (New Lenox, IL) followers exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Lockport Porters (Lockport, IL), 8-6 in a league battle.

The Warriors now have a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they host Providence Catholic for a non-league battle on Friday, May 10. Lincoln-Way West will clash with a Celtics squad coming off a 7-6 league loss to IC Catholic Prep (Elmhurst, IL). The Celtics record now stands at 10-6.

In their next game, the Porters clash with the Wheaton North Falcons (Wheaton, IL) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 11. Lockport will attempt to move on its 10-7 season record. The Falcons come into the battle with a 9-5 record after their 15-6 league loss to St. Charles East (St. Charles, IL).
