North Carolina High School Softball - Jordan-Matthews bounces East Carteret

The Jordan-Matthews Jets (Siler City, NC) softball routed the visiting East Carteret Mariners (Beaufort, NC), 6-1 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Jets (18-4) will now prepare for their bout against North Johnston (Kenly, NC). The Panthers go into the non-league bout with a 12-6 record. In their last bout, North Johnston held off Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC), 3-2, in a non-league bout.

The Mariners now possess a 9-13 record.
