Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Montesano Bulldogs (Montesano, WA) and the visiting Forks Spartans (Forks, WA), witnessed Montesano's softball squad prevail over Forks by a count of 16-4.

The Bulldogs now sport a 16-3 record. They play next when they host Aberdeen for a non-league match on Friday, May 10. Montesano will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 8-4 league win over WF West (Chehalis, WA). The Bobcats record now stands at 11-4.

With the loss, Forks moves to 12-4 on the season. The Spartans travel to Cedar Park Christian (Bothell, WA) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Monday, May 20. The Eagles go into the match with a record of 14-4.
