In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Notre Dame Prep Fighting Irish (Pontiac, MI) softball team overwhelmed the host Holly Bronchos (Holly, MI), by a margin of 10-2.

With the triumph, Notre Dame Prep moves its record to 8-3 on the year. The Fighting Irish travel to Plymouth (Canton, MI) to play the Wildcats in a non-league contest on Friday, May 10. The Wildcats come into the contest with a record of 3-9. Plymouth lost 7-2 in their recent league contest against Salem (Canton, MI)

In their next game, the Bronchos play the Flushing Raiders (Flushing, MI) in a Flint Metro test, on Thursday, May 9. Holly will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Raiders come into the test with a 2-13 record after their 12-2 league loss to Fenton (Fenton, MI).
