The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Blaine Bengals (Blaine, MN) and the visiting Maple Grove Crimson (Maple Grove, MN), saw Blaine's baseball team get by Maple Grove by a tally of 3-2.

The Bengals (12-2) will now prepare for their battle against Legacy Christian Academy (Andover, MN). The Lions enter the non-league battle with a 10-3 record. In their last battle, Legacy Christian Academy held off West Lutheran (Plymouth, MN), 10-6, in a league battle.

Next, the Crimson face the Wayzata Trojans (Plymouth, MN) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 12. Maple Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record.
