The McMahon Senators (Norwalk, CT) baseball trounced the visiting Bridgeport Central Hilltoppers (Bridgeport, CT), 17-1 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Senators now own a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Canaan for a Fairfield County challenge on Saturday, May 10. McMahon will clash with a Rams team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Darien (Darien, CT). The Rams record now stands at 8-9.

With the defeat, Bridgeport Central drops to 1-13 on the year. The Hilltoppers travel to Greenwich (Greenwich, CT) to clash with the Cardinals in a Fairfield County challenge on Saturday, May 10. The Cardinals go into the challenge with a record of 5-10. Greenwich won 8-1 in their recent league challenge against Danbury (Danbury, CT)
