The Elder Panthers baseball team scored 2 runs and held the visiting Dixie Heights Colonels to 1 in the Panthers non-league win on Thursday.
The Panthers now own a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy for a non-league test on Friday, May 9. Elder will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 6-4 league win over Roger Bacon (Cincinnati, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 13-6.
With the defeat, Dixie Heights drops to 15-16 on the year. The Colonels travel to Highlands (Fort Thomas, KY) to clash with the Bluebirds in a non-league test on Friday, May 9. The Bluebirds go into the test with a record of 18-9.
