Vermont High School Baseball - U-32 holds off Lake Region

The U-32 Raiders baseball team scored 9 runs and held the host Lake Region Rangers to 5 in the Raiders non-league win on Thursday.
The Raiders now hold a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Mt. Mansfield for a non-league test on Friday, May 9. U-32 will play a Cougars team coming off a 7-0 non-league win over South Burlington (South Burlington, VT). The Cougars record now stands at 4-2.
With the defeat, Lake Region drops to 0-2 on the year. The Rangers travel to Harwood (Moretown, VT) to play the Highlanders in a NVAC Capital A test on Saturday, May 10. The Highlanders go into the test with a record of 1-0. Harwood won 7-4 in their recent non-league test against Oxbow (Bradford, VT)
