In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Maple Shade Wildcats baseball team scored a close 3-2 win over the Pemberton Hornets.
The Wildcats (12-7) will now prepare for their game against Pennsauken (Pennsauken, NJ). The Indians go into the BCSL - Patriot game with a 1-14 record. In their last game, Pennsauken was tipped by Seneca (Tabernacle, NJ), 5-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the Hornets play the Moorestown Friends Foxes (Moorestown, NJ) in a non-league game, on Monday, May 12. Pemberton will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record.
