In Thursday's non-league match, the host Fairport Red Raiders flag football squad scored a close 13-6 victory over the Spencerport Rangers.
The Red Raiders (6-4) will now prepare for their match against Gates Chili (Rochester, NY). The Spartans enter the non-league match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Gates Chili was nudged by Batavia (Batavia, NY), 20-0, in a non-league match.
Coming up next, the Rangers confront the Pittsford Panthers (Pittsford, NY) in a non-league match, on Saturday, May 10. Spencerport will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 4-4 record after their 6-2 non-league win over Churchville-Chili (Churchville, NY).
