The Lions now possess a 12-7 record. They play next when they travel to Poplar Bluff for a Class 4 District 1 bout on Friday, May 9. Northwest will play a Mules squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Farmington (Farmington, MO). The Mules record now stands at 9-3.

With the loss, Clayton moves to 8-8 on the year. The Greyhounds host Fox (Arnold, MO) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Friday, May 9. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 5-10. Fox lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Festus (Festus, MO)
