Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Joliet Central Steelmen (Joliet, IL), 9-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Plainfield North moves its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The Tigers host Minooka (Minooka, IL) to clash with the Indians in a Suburban Prairie test on Tuesday, May 13. The Indians come into the test with a record of 11-5. Minooka won 2-0 in their recent league test against Plainfield South (Plainfield, IL)

The Steelmen now sport a 5-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Plainfield Central for a Suburban Prairie test on Tuesday, May 13. Joliet Central will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 3-1 league win over Oswego East (Oswego, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-3.
