Colonie Central Wolfpack (Albany, NY) supporters left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Spartans (Burnt Hills, NY), 16-3 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Colonie Central improves its record to 2-2 on the year. The Wolfpack host Averill Park (Averill Park, NY) to play the Warriors in a non-league game on Monday, May 12. The Warriors enter the game with a record of 10-4. Averill Park won 10-7 in their recent non-league game against Bethlehem Central (Delmar, NY)
The Spartans now hold a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Albany for a non-league game on Tuesday, May 13.
