The Hinsdale Central Red Devils held off the visiting York Dukes lacrosse team by a tally of 9-8 in Thursday's league game.
Next up, the Red Devils play the Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, May 13. Hinsdale Central will attempt to improve on its 11-5 season record.
The Dukes (9-6) will now prepare for their game against Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL). The Ramblers come into the non-league game with a 7-7 record. In their last game, Loyola Academy tipped Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL), 14-12, in a league game.
