Virginia High School Lacrosse - Kettle Run overwhelms James Monroe

The Kettle Run Cougars lacrosse squad scored 18 points and limited the visiting James Monroe Yellow Jackets to 11 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Cougars now hold a 3-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Meridian for a Northwestern challenge on Monday, May 12. Kettle Run will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 11-4 non-league loss to Oakton (Vienna, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 8-4.
With the loss, James Monroe falls to 8-2 on the year. The Yellow jackets host Eastern View (Culpeper, VA) to clash with the Cyclones in a Battlefield challenge on Monday, May 12. The Cyclones go into the challenge with a record of 0-11. Eastern View lost 16-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Fauquier (Warrenton, VA)
