In Thursday's league test, the St. Edward Eagles (Lakewood, OH) lacrosse team overwhelmed the visiting Mentor Cardinals (Mentor, OH), by a count of 14-0.
Next up, the Eagles battle the Shaker Heights Red Raiders (Shaker Heights, OH) in a non-league test, on Saturday, May 10. St. Edward will attempt to move on its 5-11 season record. The Red Raiders enter the test with a 12-2 record after their 13-5 non-league win over Brunswick (Brunswick, OH).
The Cardinals (4-11) will now prepare for their test against Bay (Bay Village, OH). The Rockets enter the non-league test with a 5-7 record. In their last test, Bay was overwhelmed by Findlay (Findlay, OH), 9-2, in a non-league test.
