Kentucky High School Softball - Bishop Brossart knocked off by Grant County

The Grant County Braves overwhelmed the host Bishop Brossart Mustangs softball squad by a count of 8-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Braves meet the Ryle Raiders (Union, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, May 10. Grant County will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record.

The Mustangs (16-9) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Ursula Academy (Cincinnati, OH). The Bulldogs go into the non-league challenge with a 18-3 record. In their last challenge, St. Ursula Academy toppled Conner (Hebron, KY), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
