The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Marian Mustangs (Bloomfield Hills, MI) and the visiting Bishop Foley Ventures (Madison Heights, MI), observed Marian's softball team get by Bishop Foley by a final score of 5-1.

The Mustangs (8-8) will now prepare for their bout against Rochester (Rochester Hills, MI). The Falcons go into the non-league bout with a 4-10 record. In their last bout, Rochester tipped Berkley (Berkley, MI), 9-6, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Ventures battle the Regina (Warren, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 9. Bishop Foley will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record. The go into the bout with a 7-8 record after their 10-0 league win over St. Ursula Academy (Toledo, OH).
