In Thursday's league test, the Chalker Wildcats (Southington, OH) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Lordstown Red Devils (Warren, OH), by a tally of 14-0.

Next, the Wildcats clash with the Maplewood Rockets (Cortland, OH) in a Northeastern Athletic test, on Monday, May 12. Chalker will attempt to advance on its 11-3 season record. The Rockets go into the test with a 16-4 record after their 4-1 league loss to Mathews (Vienna, OH).

The Red Devils (0-13) will now prepare for their test against McKinley (Niles, OH). The Red Dragons go into the non-league test with a 2-19 record. In their last test, McKinley was routed by Struthers (Struthers, OH), 11-1, in a league test.
