Illinois High School Softball - Warren Township edges Grayslake Central

The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Warren Township Blue Devils (Gurnee, IL) and the host Grayslake Central Rams (Grayslake, IL), observed Warren Township's softball team get by Grayslake Central by a tally of 8-6.
The Blue Devils (16-5) will now prepare for their bout against Wauconda (Wauconda, IL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 6-21 record. In their last bout, Wauconda tipped Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL), 8-7, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Rams clash with the Zion-Benton Zee-Bees (Zion, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, May 10. Grayslake Central will attempt to advance on its 9-10 season record. The Zee-Bees go into the bout with a 6-8 record after their 10-0 league loss to Warren Township (Gurnee, IL).
