In Thursday's league match, the host Thousand Islands Vikings softball team scored a nice 25-0 victory over the Lyme Central Lakers.

The Vikings (6-1) will now prepare for their match against Sackets Harbor Central (Sackets Harbor, NY). The Patriots go into the Section 3 Frontier D match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, Sackets Harbor Central gained a win over Belleville Henderson Central (Belleville, NY), 7-6, in a league match.

In their next game, the Lakers battle the Belleville Henderson Central Panthers (Belleville, NY) in a Section 3 Frontier D match, on Monday, May 12. Lyme Central will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Panthers go into the match with a 0-3 record after their 6-0 league loss to Thousand Islands (Clayton, NY).
