The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Reavis Rams (Burbank, IL) and the visiting Thornton Fractional South Red Wolves (Lansing, IL), observed Reavis's softball team prevail over Thornton Fractional South by a tally of 21-6.

The Rams (16-12) will now prepare for their bout against Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 15-9 record. In their last bout, Riverside-Brookfield was routed by Bartlett (Bartlett, IL), 3-1, in a non-league outing.

With the loss, Thornton Fractional South moves to 2-23 on the season. The Red wolves host Hillcrest (Country Club Hills, IL) to encounter the Hawks in a South Suburban outing on Monday, May 12. The Hawks come into the outing with a record of 2-17. Hillcrest lost 14-0 in their recent league outing against Richards (Oak Lawn, IL)
