In Thursday's league match, the visiting Shrewsbury Colonials softball team scored a tight 9-5 win over the Shepherd Hill Regional Rams.
The Colonials (7-7) will now prepare for their match against Westborough (Westborough, MA). The Rangers come into the non-league match with a 4-8 record.
In their next game, the Rams confront the Nashoba Regional Wolves (Bolton, MA) in a non-league match, on Monday, May 12. Shepherd Hill Regional will attempt to better on its 9-2 season record. The Wolves come into the match with a 5-7 record after their 9-6 non-league loss to Leominster (Leominster, MA).
