The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Ursuline Academy Raiders (Wilmington, DE) and the host William Penn Colonials (New Castle, DE), observed Ursuline Academy's softball team notch a victory over William Penn by a tally of 14-0.

The Raiders (7-6) will now prepare for their bout against St. Elizabeth (Wilmington, DE). The Vikings go into the non-league bout with a 3-6 record. In their last bout, St. Elizabeth gained a win over McKean (Wilmington, DE), 16-1, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Colonials battle the Newark Charter School Patriots (Newark, DE) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 9. William Penn will attempt to advance on its 1-13 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 5-9 record after their 10-2 non-league loss to Padua Academy (Wilmington, DE).
