Illinois High School Baseball - Lemont wallops Argo

May 8, 2026: Summit, IL 60501

The Lemont Lemont HS (Lemont, IL) baseball trounced the host Argo Argonauts (Summit, IL), 21-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Lemont HS now own a 21-3 record. They take the field next when they host Lincoln-Way West for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 9. Lemont will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 12-2 league win over Andrew (Tinley Park, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 18-4.

With the defeat, Argo drops to 6-21 on the year. The Argonauts travel to Reavis (Burbank, IL) to clash with the Rams in a South Suburban - Red challenge on Monday, May 11. The Rams go into the challenge with a record of 19-8. Reavis won 9-8 in their recent league challenge against Shepard (Palos Heights, IL)
