The Ludlowe Falcons the visiting Staples Wreckers softball squad by a count of 9-7 in Friday's league challenge.

Next, the Falcons meet the Stamford Black Knights (Stamford, CT) in a Fairfield County challenge, on Monday, May 11. Ludlowe will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record. The Black Knights enter the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 14-13 league win over Greenwich (Greenwich, CT).

The Wreckers (5-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Trumbull (Trumbull, CT). The Eagles enter the Fairfield County challenge with a 12-3 record. In their last challenge, Trumbull edged Norwalk (Norwalk, CT), 17-5, in a league challenge.
