Maryland High School Baseball - Delmar gets by North Caroline

Delmar Wildcats (Delmar, DE) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host North Caroline Bulldogs (Ridgely, MD), 7-4 in a non-league test.
With the win, Delmar upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Sussex Central (Georgetown, DE) to battle the Golden Knights in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 11. The Golden Knights come into the test with a record of 9-5.
With the defeat, North Caroline falls to 8-9 on the season.
