The South Bend Adams Eagles baseball team (South Bend, IN), was overwhelmed 12-7 in Monday's league outing with the visiting Mishawaka Marian Knights (Mishawaka, IN)
The Knights now hold a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Bend Clay for a Northern Indiana outing on Wednesday, May 11. Mishawaka Marian will confront a Colonials team coming off a 24-1 league loss to Jimtown (Elkhart, IN). The Colonials record now stands at 2-6.
Next, the Eagles confront the Bethany Christian Bruins (Goshen, IN) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, May 10. South Bend Adams will attempt to advance on its 8-3 season record. The Bruins go into the outing with a 7-8 record after their 18-0 non-league loss to Westview (Topeka, IN).
