Shaker Bison (Latham, NY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Averill Park Warriors (Averill Park, NY), 16-5 in a league battle.
The Bison now have a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Christian Brothers Academy for a Section 2 Suburban - Gold battle on Thursday, May 12.
In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Colonie Central Raiders (Albany, NY) in a Section 2 Suburban - Gold battle, on Tuesday, May 10. Averill Park will attempt to move on its 3-10 season record. The Raiders go into the match with a 0-10 record after their 14-3 non-league loss to Shaker (Latham, NY).
