Annandale Atoms (Annandale, VA) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Mount Vernon Majors (Alexandria, VA), 3-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Atoms face the Edison Eagles (Alexandria, VA) in a National challenge, on Wednesday, May 11. Annandale will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record.
The Majors now have a 2-9 record. They take the field next when they host Justice for a National challenge on Wednesday, May 11.
