Carmel Greyhounds (Carmel, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Fishers Tigers (Fishers, IN), 14-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Greyhounds now own a 11-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Center Grove for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 10. Carmel will battle a Trojans squad coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Westfield (Westfield, IN). The Trojans record now stands at 13-6.

With the loss, Fishers falls to 6-10 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Franklin Central (Indianapolis, IN) to battle the Flashes in a Hoosier Crossroads challenge on Tuesday, May 10. The Flashes enter the challenge with a record of 7-13. Franklin Central lost 8-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Decatur Central (Indianapolis, IN)
