Shea Raiders (Pawtucket, RI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Classical Purples (Providence, RI), 15-3 in a league challenge.

The Raiders now sport a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wheeler for a Division 3 challenge on Wednesday, May 11. Shea will face a Warriors squad coming off a 11-1 league win over Times Squared Academy (Providence, RI). The Warriors record now stands at 4-4.

With the loss, Classical falls to 5-5 on the campaign. The Purples travel to Mt. Pleasant (Providence, RI) to face the Kilties in a Division 3 challenge on Wednesday, May 11. The Kilties enter the challenge with a record of 1-8. Mt. Pleasant lost 13-9 in their recent league challenge against Hope (Providence, RI)
