In Monday's non-league outing, the visiting Richfield Spartans softball team scored a close 14-11 win over the Park Center Pirates.

Coming up next, the Spartans battle the South St. Paul Packers (South St. Paul, MN) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, May 10. Richfield will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.

The Pirates (1-12) will now prepare for their outing against Andover (Andover, MN). The Huskies enter the Northwest Suburban outing with a 6-5 record. In their last outing, Andover tipped Woodbury (Woodbury, MN), 8-3, in a non-league outing.
