Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Mercersburg Academy Blue Storm (Mercersburg, PA) and the visiting Shalom Christian Academy Flames (Chambersburg, PA), saw Mercersburg Academy's baseball squad knock off Shalom Christian Academy by a count of 17-6.

Coming up next, the Blue Storm play the Goretti Gael (Hagerstown, MD) in a battle, on Wednesday, May 10. Mercersburg Academy will attempt to move on its 9-6 season record. The Gael enter the battle with a 17-2 record after their 7-3 league win over Allegany (Cumberland, MD).

The Flames now possess a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they host Fannett Metal for a non-league battle on Friday, May 12. Shalom Christian Academy will play a squad coming off a 13-3 league win over Southern Huntingdon County (Three Springs, PA). The record now stands at 8-9.
