Roxana Shells (Roxana, IL) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Metro-East Lutheran Knights (Edwardsville, IL), 7-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Shells confront the Althoff Catholic Crusaders (Belleville, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, May 12. Roxana will attempt to better on its 12-8 season record. The Crusaders enter the challenge with a 15-7 record after their 14-0 non-league win over East Alton-Wood River (Wood River, IL).

The Knights now have a 7-11 record.
