Downingtown West Whippets (Downingtown, PA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Oxford Hornets (Oxford, PA), 14-2 in a league battle.

The Whippets now have a 11-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Coatesville for a Ches-Mont battle on Thursday, May 11.

In their next game, the Hornets clash with the Downingtown East Cougars (Exton, PA) in a Ches-Mont battle, on Thursday, May 11. Oxford will attempt to move on its 2-10 season record.
