In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Southington Blue Knights softball team scored a nice 15-0 win over the Farmington River Hawks.

Coming up next, the Blue Knights encounter the Waterford Lancers (Waterford, CT) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, May 11. Southington will attempt to improve on its 13-0 season record. The Lancers enter the outing with a 11-4 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Norwich Free Academy (Norwich, CT).

The River Hawks (1-14) will now prepare for their outing against Simsbury (Simsbury, CT). The Trojans enter the Central Connecticut - West outing with a 7-7 record. In their last outing, Simsbury prevailed over Hall (West Hartford, CT), 10-8, in a league outing.
